Green Brick Partners, Inc. Announces Dual Listing on NYSE Texas

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Green Brick Partners, Inc. (NYSE: GRBK) (the “Company” or “Green Brick”), the third largest homebuilder in Dallas-Fort Worth, and one of Fortune Magazine’s fastest growing companies in 2024, announced the dual listing of its common stock on NYSE Texas, the newly launched fully electronic equities exchange headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The Company will maintain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and trade with the same “GRBK” ticker symbol on NYSE Texas.
