Glia Names Rei Kasai as Chief Product Officer to Lead Next Phase of AI-Driven Growth

Strategic appointment underscores company’s leadership in AI innovation for financial services

Prior to joining Glia, Rei built a track record of driving enterprise software companies to market leadership over his 25-year career. As a global product executive at SAP, he launched the SAP CX Service Cloud portfolio and successfully scaled it to achieve market leadership. He then joined ServiceMax as Head of Product, leading the field service management company to market dominance and its subsequent acquisition by GE Digital. Most recently, Rei served as SVP and Head of Product at Talkdesk, where he was responsible for product management and AI strategy across the company’s enterprise cloud contact center platform.
