COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Battelle today announced the renewal of its support for the Ohio STEM Learning Network (OSLN) with funding for the fifth annual OSLN STEM Classroom Grant Program. Since 2020, the program has awarded 855 grants totaling $4 million statewide.

“Battelle is steadfast in expanding access to high-quality STEM opportunities for students in Ohio,” said Wes Hall, Senior Vice President of Philanthropy & Education. “By backing the creative ideas of educators, we hope to help students build the critical thinking and collaboration skills they’ll need in the future workforce.”

“The ingenuity we see in Ohio’s classrooms continues to inspire us,” said Kelly Gaier Evans, Director of OSLN. “We look forward to the new ways this year’s projects will bring STEM to life for even more students across the state.”

Eligible applicants are educators in K–12 public, charter, and independent STEM schools in Ohio. Educators may apply for a one-time grant of $2,500 or $5,000.
