Jennifer Trzepacz Joins Transcarent as Chief People Officer

Trzepacz to drive culture and global workforce strategy amid continued growth

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Transcarent, the One Place for Health and Care, announced today that Jennifer Trzepacz has joined the organization as Chief People Officer.

Trzepacz will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Glen Tullman and will oversee employee experience for the organization’s global workforce. She will lead the People & Culture business unit responsible for talent acquisition, total rewards, talent development, and performance management.

Trzepacz joins Transcarent with more than 20 years of global human resources and operational leadership. Most recently, she was the Chief People Officer at SymphonyAI where she provided global talent leadership for a workforce spanning 33 countries. In addition, she has held leadership roles in human resources at Salesforce, Living Social, Electronic Arts, and Yahoo.

Trzepacz holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University and her MBA from Simmons College.
