Forrester Announces Full Conference Agenda For Technology & Innovation Summit North America 2025

The event will empower technology and data leaders to build a tech strategy that advances AI innovation, proactively manages risk, and delivers measurable business impact

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Forrester (Nasdaq: FORR) today announced the full conference agenda for Technology & Innovation Summit North America 2025, being held in Austin, Texas, and digitally, November 2–5, 2025. Technologies such as cloud, data management, and agentic AI are foundational capabilities that are critical to driving an organization’s long-term success, but despite their immense promise, effectively implementing these technologies is often complex. Challenges including cultural misalignment, legacy systems, escalating costs, and security and compliance requirements can hinder transformation efforts. This year’s Summit theme, “Master Tech Mayhem,” will equip leaders with the skills, practices, and frameworks needed to create business agility amid global uncertainty. Additionally, the event will enable leaders to deliver consistent progress through alignment across technology, business, and data functions.

Featuring keynotes, track sessions, enterprise case studies, hands-on workshops, private networking opportunities, and executive-only programs, including the Executive Leadership Exchange and Forrester Women’s Leadership Program, Technology & Innovation Summit North America will allow technology, architecture, business application, software development, data, analytics, and AI officers, along with their respective leadership teams, to accelerate business performance. These leaders will learn how to harness AI and agentic systems for automation, redefine their cloud strategies, and eliminate technical debt through modernization efforts and the pursuit of cloud-native technologies.

Noteworthy Summit sessions include:

  • Agentic To AGI — It’s The Journey, Not The Destination. It’s hard to think clearly about AI, with Hollywood-driven fears, alarming headlines, grand proclamations, and overhyped agentic demos. This keynote will explore how to perceive AI as a journey rather than a destination and take practical steps to prepare for the long road ahead.
  • AI Inside: The Rise Of The Intelligent IT Operating Model. From incident response to IT portfolio governance, intelligent agents are traversing infrastructure, data, and human workflows. Join this keynote to learn how AI, graph technology, and feedback loops are redefining the IT control plane at the architectural level.
  • Build Infrastructure As Platforms To Master Growth, Agility, And Governance. Modern firms must balance the ability to respond to change and manage the varied governance that must be applied to enterprise data and workloads. This keynote session will highlight what a future-proof infrastructure platform looks like.
  • Data Readiness Is The Number One Factor For AI Results. Data strategy and governance needs to be woven into an organization’s overall AI effort to improve outcomes and reduce costs. In this fireside chat, attendees will understand new data challenges, how they degrade AI, and how to improve data readiness to get the most out of the technology.
  • Predictions 2026. In this keynote session, leading Forrester analysts will unveil their bold predictions for the future of tech heading into next year.

“The mismatch between the pace of technology innovation and organizations’ readiness for change is creating tech mayhem,” said Stephanie Balaouras, Forrester VP and group research director and T&I Summit event host. “Organizations that excel in times of change view innovation not merely as a product competency but as a core cultural strength. Forrester’s Technology & Innovation Summit North America 2025 is designed to provide tech leaders with actionable research, frameworks, and tools to build change resilience and align their innovation efforts with measurable outcomes.”

In addition to showcasing Forrester’s latest research, client stories, and best practices, the Summit will honor recipients of Forrester’s Technology Awards, North American high-performing companies that drive business outcomes through their respective IT, AI, and data capabilities.
