Yieldstreet Completes $77 Million Capital Raise to Build Comprehensive Private Markets Platform

New investor RedBird Capital Partners joins Tarsadia-led capital raise

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Yieldstreet, a leading private markets investment platform, today announced that it raised $77 million in new capital from a combination of new and existing investors. The investment was led by Tarsadia Investments, with participation from Mayfair Equity Partners, Edison Partners, Cordoba Advisory Partners (CAP), and Kingfisher Investment Advisors, alongside new investor RedBird Capital Partners.

The new funding will support the expansion of Yieldstreet's platform capabilities and accelerate private markets integration for individual investors' portfolios. The company recently launched Yieldstreet 360, its first automated investing solution, representing an early step in this broader platform evolution.

"The next five years will define how individual investors access private markets investments," said Mitchell Caplan, CEO of Yieldstreet. "The convergence of regulatory evolution, technological advancement, and investor demand has created the conditions for a new era in private markets. This funding will position us to capitalize on that opportunity."

The new investment brings notable industry expertise to Yieldstreet's board, with Mike Zabik from RedBird Capital Partners and Yariv Robinson from Kingfisher Investment Advisors joining as new board members.

"Yieldstreet has built a differentiated platform for investors and we're excited about their vision to provide investor access to a broad universe of private markets opportunities that have been historically limited to large institutional investors," said Mike Zabik, Partner at RedBird Capital Partners. “I look forward to working with the Board and management team, supporting the company’s vision and momentum through RedBird’s distinct business building approach.”

“The private markets are undergoing a fundamental transformation,” said Yariv Robinson, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Kingfisher Investment Advisors. “Technology is democratizing access to what were once exclusive investment opportunities. Yieldstreet has built the platform and reach to lead this shift — delivering the sophisticated tools that today’s investors require to access and navigate an expanded universe of private market investments.”
