Graco Inc. Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Color Service s.r.l. (“Color Service”), a Global Manufacturer of Specialized Automatic Precision Dosing Systems for Powders and Liquids

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Color Service, a global leader in automated dosing systems for powder and liquid applications for €63 million, subject to customary adjustments. Color Service had revenue of €34 million in 2024. The transaction is expected to close in Graco’s fiscal third quarter following the satisfaction of closing conditions.
