Novaria Group Acquires Aerospace Fusible Plug Business From PPMG

Aerospace and defense company expands material-science based offerings to customers

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Novaria Group, a leading manufacturer of specialty components and hardware for the aerospace and defense industries, announced today that it has acquired Precision Aero Corp (“PAC”), a subsidiary of Precision Products Machining Group, LLC (PPMG). PAC is headquartered in Troy, Ohio and is a recognized leader in the manufacturing of fusible plugs and specialty aftermarket components for safety-critical aerospace applications. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

PAC serves global aerospace customers with proprietary products and specialized components including fusible plugs and other custom parts that support the wheel and brake systems. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-performance solutions used in demanding, mission-critical applications.
