Gartner evaluated 20 vendors and positioned Dynatrace highest in the following Use Cases: Cost Optimization (4.32/5), Site Reliability Engineering (4.3/5), Business Insights (4.3/5) and AI Engineering (4.29/5). Dynatrace had the following scores in Platform Operations (4.28/5) and Software Engineering (4.29/5).
