Barilla Group Appoints Oddone Incisa as CFO

PARMA, Italy--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Barilla Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Oddone Incisa as our new Chief Financial Officer, effective September 15, 2025.

Oddone brings over 25 years of global leadership in finance and risk management, with executive roles, including CFO and CEO positions across Europe and the Americas. His track record includes leading major transformation initiatives and driving organic and inorganic growth. Most recently he served as group CFO of CNH Industrial NV (NYSE: CNH) since March 2020 through May 2025.
