He has successfully orchestrated complex IT outsourcing and application engineering deals totalling over $600 million in total contract value. His impressive track record includes key contributions to landmark industry milestones such as India’s largest private-sector IPO at TCS, the largest private equity investment in Indian IT services at Hexaware, and expertise in scaling enterprises, restructuring balance sheets and unlocking substantial value through business transformation at Plintron and Collabera Digital. An alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Calcutta, Sreenivas holds advanced certifications in Finance, Treasury Management, and Investment Management.
