This decision follows the acquisition of EpiphanyRx in 2021 and the strategic decision to deliver a range of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions across multiple lines of business under a single brand, Navitus.

KFF estimates that 164 million people in the United States receive health insurance through an employer. Nearly three-quarters of these employers have 5,000 employees or less.
