LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Herbalife, a premier health and wellness company, community, and platform, today announced the launch of its first-ever Girls EmpowerHer Performance Basketball Clinic Tour in partnership with IMPACT Basketball. Designed for girls ages 8–15, the tour will bring free elite-level clinics to five major cities across the U.S., offering up to 100 participants in each location the chance to grow both as athletes and individuals. As the Official Nutrition Partner of IMPACT Basketball, Herbalife has collaborated with Abunassar since 2018 to deliver elite-level training and nutrition programming to athletes across the country—supporting IMPACT Basketball’s renowned development system, which includes professional stars, MVPs, and Herbalife-sponsored players Ziaire Williams and Blake Wesley. Together, they bring a comprehensive approach that blends on-court skill building, strength training, and evidence-based nutrition education to help young athletes grow both on and off the court.

“I’ve seen firsthand how transformative basketball can be—not just as a sport, but as a tool for building discipline, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits,” said Joe Abunassar, founder of IMPACT Basketball. “Working with young athletes at this stage is incredibly meaningful, and I’m excited to bring our approach to these clinics alongside Herbalife.”

This initiative is part of Herbalife’s ongoing commitment to supporting athletes at every stage of their journey. Earlier this year, the company served as the Official Nutrition and Hydration Partner for both the Women’s College All-Star Combine and the Women’s College All-Star Game in Tampa, Florida—providing personalized nutrition strategies and science-backed hydration products to help collegiate athletes perform at their peak.

For over two decades, Herbalife has been dedicated to empowering female athletes around the world, currently sponsoring more than 50 women across a variety of sports. The company’s journey began with its very first sponsored athlete, a female athlete, and has continued to provide women in sports with the support they need to succeed. Herbalife provides athletes with access to nutritionists and dietitians, premium products, and other resources that are often lacking in female sports—giving them the tools they need to perform at their best. Through this continued support, Herbalife is helping to elevate women in sports and inspire the next generation of female athletes.
