Monro, Inc. Appoints Kathryn Chang as Senior Vice President of Merchandising

FAIRPORT, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Monro, Inc. (Nasdaq: MNRO), a leading provider of automotive undercar repair and tire services, today announced that it has appointed Kathryn Chang as Senior Vice President of Merchandising, effective immediately.

Chang will lead the Company’s Merchandising Team and oversee the development and execution of the overall merchandising strategy as well as long-term assortment planning, pricing, and promotional strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Chang will report to Peter Fitzsimmons, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Chang has significant experience in both merchandising and the automotive aftermarket industry. From 2020 to 2024, she worked at American Tire Distributors (ATD), serving as Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Strategy, and, before that, as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy. Prior to ATD, Chang worked at LPL Financial and Lowe’s Companies Inc., serving in vice president and director roles.
