Hamilton Reserve Bank Appoints Omar Tejeira Jaén to International Advisory Board

Mr. Tejeira Jaén brings a wealth of experience in insurance, risk management, and financial technology, further strengthening the Bank’s strategic capabilities across the Americas.

Based in Panama and a LATAM specialist, Mr. Tejeira Jaén is a bilingual executive and the Founder & CEO of We Assist, a Lloyd’s-Koris powered company renowned for its innovative, tech-enabled solutions in travel insurance, global health, AI-assisted telemedicine, mental health services, and emergency medical support. His deep expertise in these sectors will provide invaluable strategic insight to Hamilton Reserve Bank and its international clientele.

Mr. Tejeira Jaén holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from St. Thomas University, has completed a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University, and is finalizing a master’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, and Insurtech from EALDE. He is also a former PGA Tour Americas member who currently competes as a top amateur internationally as the No. 1 ranked golfer in Panama.
