Pacific Life Named by Points of Light as One of America’s 50 Most Community-Minded Companies for Fourth Consecutive Year

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pacific Life has been named a 2025 national honoree of The Civic 50 by Points of Light, the world’s largest organization dedicated to increasing volunteering, recognizing it as one of the 50 most community-minded companies in the United States. The Civic 50 sets the standard for corporate citizenship with honorees selected based on investment of resources, integration across business functions, institutionalization through policies and systems and impact measurement.

This is the fourth consecutive year Pacific Life has been recognized by Points of Light, which evaluates companies with an annual revenue of at least $1 billion.

"This recognition for a fourth consecutive year is a testament to our unwavering commitment to living our Pacific Life values, as well as the investments we've made in our customers, people and communities,” said Pacific Life President and CEO Darryl Button. “By continuing to do the right thing and mobilizing our workforce for good, we are driving long-term value in our communities and making a lasting impact for generations to come.”

“In an ever-evolving landscape, companies are looking to ensure that they can meet the needs of their communities, customers, and stakeholders,” said Jennifer Sirangelo, president and CEO, Points of Light. “Companies like Pacific Life are leading the way in showing how social impact benefits their employee’s well-being, strengthens the communities where they do business, and brings value and meaning to their work. Their efforts provide a model for others looking to bring the benefits of volunteering and social impact to their workforce and they’re extremely deserving of this recognition.”
