Alight Names Donna Dorsey as Chief Human Resources Officer

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alight, Inc. (NYSE: ALIT), a leading cloud-based provider of human capital and technology-enabled services, today announced the appointment of Donna Dorsey as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). As CHRO, Donna will lead Alight’s global people strategy, overseeing talent development, organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee experience.

Dorsey joins Alight from International Motors (formerly Navistar), where she served as Executive Vice President, Chief People and Culture Officer. In that role, she led enterprise-wide HR strategy and oversaw key initiatives to build inclusive, high-performing cultures.
