IQVIA Announces Pricing of Senior Notes

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IQVIA Holdings Inc. (“IQVIA”) (NYSE:IQV) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, IQVIA Inc. (the “Issuer”), priced an offering of $2,000,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2032 (the “Notes”). The proceeds from the Notes offering will be used to repay existing borrowings under the Issuer’s revolving credit facility and to pay fees and expenses related to the Notes offering, with any excess proceeds used for other general corporate purposes.

The Notes will mature on June 1, 2032, unless earlier repurchased or redeemed in accordance with their terms. The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 6.250% per annum and will pay interest semi-annually in arrears on June 1 and December 1 of each year, beginning on December 1, 2025. The issuance of the Notes is expected to occur on or about June 4, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
