Barclays hires Marc Warm as Global Co-Head of Capital Markets

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Barclays today announced the appointment of Marc Warm as Global Co-Head of Capital Markets, alongside Tom Johnson and Travis Barnes. Marc will report to Cathal Deasy and Taylor Wright, Global Co-Heads of Investment Banking and be based in New York.

Mr. Warm has worked in the leveraged finance business for over 30 years. He joins Barclays from UBS where he was Global Head of Leveraged and Debt Capital Markets. He brings a deep understanding of the credit markets, a strong network of sponsor and issuer relationships as well as with relationships across the credit investor community. Mr. Warm has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing businesses and over his career, has personally led transactions for hundreds of issuers across sectors raising hundreds of billions of dollars in proceeds in the loan and bond markets.
