Fastly Appoints Tara Seracka as Chief Legal Officer and Albert Thong as Chief Marketing Officer

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fastly, Inc. (NYSE: FSLY), a leader in global edge cloud platforms, today announced the appointments of Albert Thong as Chief Marketing Officer and Tara Seracka as Chief Legal Officer.

Tara Seracka is an accomplished attorney and trusted advisor with nearly 20 years of experience enabling B2B SaaS and software businesses. Tara’s expertise spans product development, go-to-market, and regulatory matters, and she brings a depth of experience, specifically in internet technology and its evolving IP space. Prior to joining Fastly, Tara was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Cisco Systems, Inc. where she led the global Legal team responsible for supporting the worldwide engineering organization.

Prior to Fastly, Albert held leadership positions at Check Point.
