CNM LLP Expands SOX Practice Senior Leadership With Appointment of Direct Admit Partner Zulema Garcia

Zulema will oversee CNM’s Business Process (BP) and Information Technology (IT) SOX service lines, leading both practice areas under the firm’s consolidated SOX practice.

Zulema brings nearly 30 years of professional experience in compliance, accounting, audit, and operations. Prior to joining CNM, Zulema served five years in senior executive roles at Herbalife, where she oversaw Internal Audit and Indirect Spend globally. She previously spent 24 years at KPMG LLP, serving in their Assurance and Professional Practice groups and as an Audit Partner where she worked with multinational companies across different sectors. She also serves on the boards of Skechers, Cyclum Renewables and Mount St. Mary’s University. With a proven track record as a leader, people developer, and mentor, Zulema brings a strategic mindset and a natural ability to build lasting relationships, aligning perfectly with the firm’s core values and the needs of its growing SOX practice.
