Trinity Investments Launches Trinity Asset Management Services and Trinity Development Services

Expanded platform will offer hotel owners and lenders direct access to Trinity’s operational and development expertise

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trinity Investments (“Trinity”), a private real estate investment firm specializing in hotels and resorts, announced today the launch of Trinity Asset Management Services and Trinity Development Services, two distinct offerings that will provide third-party hotel owners and lenders with direct access to Trinity’s operational expertise and development capabilities.

These newly launched services represent a strategic expansion of Trinity’s platform, which has historically been reserved for its investment portfolio. By opening access to its asset management and development expertise, Trinity aims to meet growing demand from owners and lenders seeking a high-touch operating partner capable of driving performance and long-term value in today’s evolving hospitality landscape.

“This marks an exciting milestone for Trinity and underscores our role as the operator of choice for leading hospitality brands and investors worldwide,” said Sean Hehir, Managing Partner, President and CEO of Trinity. “Owners and lenders are increasingly seeking partners with a differentiated market view and the ability to execute with precision. With our institutional mindset and hands-on approach, Trinity is well positioned to unlock value across a wide range of hospitality assets.”

Trinity Asset Management Services will be led by Rob Tanenbaum, Managing Director of Strategic Partnerships, and Trinity Development Services will be led by Craig Lovett, Managing Director of Development. In their roles, Rob and Craig will continue to report to Greg Dickhens, Managing Partner at Trinity.

“We’re seeing growing demand from owners who want more than just oversight – they want a partner who can anticipate challenges, identify upside, move quickly and engage constructively with management companies and lenders,” said Greg Dickhens, Managing Partner at Trinity. “Our ability to combine strategic vision with operational depth is what sets us apart, and we’re excited to extend that capability to third-party owners looking to navigate today’s changing hospitality environment.”

The news follows the recent promotions of Rob and Craig and a wave of activity across both Trinity’s Strategic Operations and Development platforms, including the completion of $250+ million of hotel renovation projects across six assets in Trinity’s portfolio in 2024.
