Marriott Vacations Worldwide Celebrates $20 Million Fundraising Milestone in Support of Children's Miracle Network

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Marriott Vacations Worldwide (NYSE: VAC) (“MVW”), a leading global vacation company, is celebrating $20 million in funds raised for children’s hospitals across the U.S. through its partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

“This milestone is a testament to the unwavering dedication and generosity of our associates, Owners, and guests,” said John Geller, president and CEO of Marriott Vacations Worldwide. “We look forward to continuing our partnership with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals to bring hope and healing to children and families in need."

While Marriott Vacations Worldwide has passionately supported Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals since 1983, this $20 million milestone reflects the total funds raised since 2008. As a year-round fundraising partner, MVW associates, guests and vacation club Owners raise funds through hosting large scale events like regional golf tournaments, conducting unique fundraising events at resorts and sales centers, payroll deduction and participating in The Torch Relay for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

“We are incredibly grateful to Marriott Vacations Worldwide for their unwavering commitment to children’s health,” said Aimee J. Daily, Ph.D., President & CEO of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. “Raising $20 million is a testament to their dedication to making a meaningful difference for kids and their families. Their generosity helps fund critical treatments, life-saving equipment, and essential hospital programs that transform the future of pediatric healthcare. Together, we are changing kids’ health to change the future.”

In 2024, Marriott Vacations Worldwide raised more than $2.6 million for 26 local children’s hospitals nationwide that provide life-saving care to children, with each resort’s donations supporting their local hospital. Donations raised locally in Central Florida, where Marriott Vacations Worldwide is headquartered, help fund projects like Orlando Health’s Children’s Pavilion, which will open in 2026 and bring more than 30 pediatric specialty services under one roof.
