ReposiTrak Adds 60 Innovative Food Suppliers to the Queue for the Rapidly Expanding Food Traceability Network

Ahead of regulatory deadlines, 60 innovative food suppliers are queued to join ReposiTrak for its innovative, hardware-free traceability solutions

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ReposiTrak (NYSE:TRAK), the world’s largest food traceability and regulatory compliance network, leveraging its established inventory management and out-of-stock reduction SaaS platform, is proud to add 60 new innovative food suppliers to the queue of companies joining the ReposiTrak Traceability Network® (RTN). These companies will efficiently exchange intricate, FDA-required Key Data Elements (KDEs) for each Critical Tracking Event (CTE) in their supply chains, with the goal of meeting traceability requirements before the FDA’s 2028 deadline.

Among the 60 recently added food suppliers are companies known for pioneering product innovation. One offers chef-crafted premium meat snacks celebrated for their tender texture and bold flavor. Another, founded in 2014, is a leading health and wellness company offering a variety of products ranging from protein bars and supplements to coffee. A third is a New York-based cookie company offering classic favorites made gluten-free with inventive flavor twists.

“Traceability is becoming a critical part of doing business in the food supply chain and suppliers are recognizing the value of a solution that’s easy to use, low-cost and effective,” stated Randy Fields, chairman and CEO of ReposiTrak. “Our hardware-free model makes it possible for suppliers to share traceability data with any retailer, whether or not they require the use of ReposiTrak for traceability.”

The ReposiTrak Traceability Network requires no additional hardware or software and the ReposiTrak team assists in making the connections needed under the new regulation. Suppliers can connect to an unlimited number of trading partners and share data for a low, flat fee.
