DLA, LLC Appoints Jimmy Solis as a Partner and Head of the Firm’s Newly Launched Operational Accounting Advisory Practice

Company Continues Expansion with Dallas Office Opening

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DLA, LLC (DLA), a leading accounting advisory firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jimmy Solis as a Partner in the Firm’s Accounting Advisory business. Jimmy is based in DLA’s recently opened Dallas office and will lead the firm’s newly established Operational Accounting Advisory practice.

Jimmy has over 20 years of experience in operational and financial leadership roles, including merger and acquisition support, turnaround and restructuring, enterprise improvement, performance management, financial planning and analysis, system implementation, data management, information delivery, and software development.

As a member of DLA’s Accounting Advisory leadership team, Jimmy will focus on building out a full suite of operational accounting advisory services to support the Office of the CFO, from strategic finance and decision support to core financial and accounting services.

Before joining DLA, Jimmy was a Managing Director with the independent global expert services and advisory firm, Ankura, working in the Office of the CFO practice, where he advised CFOs and finance organizations on various transformation efforts.

DLA’s Operational Accounting Advisory offering is the third component of the firm’s larger Accounting Advisory business, adding to DLA’s team of technical accounting and accounting outsourcing experts. The Operational Accounting Advisory team will support the critical needs of the Office of the CFO, including transaction readiness and support, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, cost management, treasury and cash flow, financial reporting and close transformation, technical accounting assistance, audit readiness, and business systems.
