Metro Development Group Celebrates Tampa Bay Parade of Homes Wins at Seaire and Angeline

DRB Homes, Dream Finders Homes, and Perry Homes recognized for excellence in homebuilding

PARRISH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Metro Development Group is proud to announce recent accolades for three builder partners at the 2025 Parade of Homes, presented by the Tampa Bay Builders Association. These honors further establish Metro’s master-planned communities as premier destinations for quality, innovation, and lifestyle.

DRB Homes earned two awards for its Sabal model at Seaire, Metro’s newest lagoon community in Parrish:

• Grand Winner in the $750,000–$799,000 category
• Best in Class – Floorplan

At Angeline in Pasco County, Dream Finders Homes' Boca II model was recognized as a Silver Winner in the $800,000–$899,000 category.

Metro also congratulates Perry Homes, a new builder to the Tampa Bay area and future partner at Seaire, for winning Grand Diamond Winner—the highest honor of the Parade—for their debut entry. While the award-winning model was not located in a Metro community this year, Perry Homes has confirmed plans to participate at Seaire in next year’s Parade.
