Simon Greenstone Panatier Founder Earns Place Among Top Law Firm Leaders

David Greenstone named to Lawdragon Managing Partners You Need to Know guide

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Simon Greenstone Panatier, PC, founding shareholder David Greenstone has been named to the 2025 Lawdragon 100 Managing Partners You Need to Know legal guide. The noted trial attorney has served as managing shareholder of the firm since its opening in 2006.

The guide recognizes leaders from firms “large and small, corporate and litigation, plaintiff and defense” who have proven their dedication “to one of the hardest roles a lawyer can take on: professionally herding lawyers and shaping their passions and skills into a successful outcome for a client,” according to Lawdragon.

Mr. Greenstone’s trial practice is devoted to fighting for the rights of those who have been harmed by the negligence and recklessness of others. He has tried cases in state and federal courtrooms across the country, securing numerous significant and groundbreaking verdicts on behalf of clients in asbestos, talc, pharmaceutical, product liability and other catastrophic injury litigation.

“David has helped build this firm into a national powerhouse with offices across the country and clients across the globe, pushing the firm into new areas of high impact, bellwether litigation, securing win after win and helping countless people,” said shareholder Brendan Tully, who manages the firm’s New York office and leads the firm’s international practice. “The firm’s continued success is not only possible because of David’s ability as a trial lawyer, but also his managerial and business acumen. He has never let a case, challenge or issue be too big for the firm.”

A member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Mr. Greenstone’s professional honors include Lawdragon Leading Lawyers in America and Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers, Texas Super Lawyers, National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and his verdicts have been given Top Verdict honors on numerous occasions.

Under his leadership, the firm has earned a reputation for its commitment to the community. Mr. Greenstone spearheaded the development of the Simon Greenstone Panatier Scholarship to help students affected by cancer in their own families to continue their education. The firm also supports the critical work of the North Texas Food Bank, and Mr. Greenstone has served as co-chair of the NTFB’s Food from the Bar campaign. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Vogel Alcove, which provides services for children and families struggling with homelessness.
