WilliamsMarston Announces Sanjay Ramaswamy as Chief Executive Officer

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WilliamsMarston, a national leader in accounting, tax, valuation and transaction advisory services, announced today that Sanjay Ramaswamy has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Ramaswamy previously served as Chief Operating Officer since joining WilliamsMarston last year. Co-Founders and Co-CEO’s, Landen Williams and Jon Marston, will transition to Co-Chairmen and will remain actively engaged in the strategy of the business, focusing on key priorities such as expanding client relationships, supporting the firm’s strategic direction and execution, and recruiting and mentoring the next generation of leaders in the firm.
