The Arena Group to Announce Fourth Quarter 2024 Financial Results on or before April 15, 2025

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Arena Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: AREN) (the “Company” or “The Arena Group”), an innovative technology platform and media company with brands like TheStreet, Parade, Men’s Journal and Athlon Sports, today announced that it has filed a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) related to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for fiscal year 2024 (the “Form 10-K”). The Form 12b-25 provides the Company an extension of 15 additional calendar days to file the Form 10-K for fiscal year 2024, which is due today.

The Company is working diligently to finalize its financial statements and results and currently expects to file the Form 10-K as soon as practicable, but no later than April 15, 2025, the end of the 15-day extension period, in accordance with Rule 12b-25. The Company will make a subsequent announcement to disclose its fourth quarter and full-year 2024 earnings results once the filing date of the Form 10-K is confirmed.

Paul Edmondson, The Arena Group’s Chief Executive Officer, will address questions from investors or interested parties about the Company’s results and business strategy via video on or around April 15, 2025.
