Superior Plus Announces Appointment of Dale Winger as President of Certarus

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Superior Plus Corp. (“Superior” or “the company”) (TSX: SPB) announced today that Dale Winger will assume the role of President of Certarus. Dale will accelerate Certarus’ focus on optimizing the performance of its assets, while balancing a disciplined approach to growth with driving free cash flow. He replaces Natasha Cherednichenko, who made notable contributions to Certarus since joining in 2020 and will be leaving the company effective immediately.

About Dale Winger

Mr. Winger brings a track record of driving growth and returns with more than two decades of commercial, strategic and leadership experience in the chemical and oilfield service sectors. Dale joins the Superior team from Halliburton, where he led the company’s Future of Energy strategy and equity investments in early-stage energy technology companies as Managing Director of Halliburton Labs.

Dale also served as Vice President of Halliburton’s specialty chemicals business with global leadership responsibility for financial performance, including revenue expansion, operational improvements, strategic direction, organizational development and capital allocation. He previously progressed through multiple roles at The Dow Chemical Company, including sales, product development, business management and investor relations.

Dale holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction from Purdue University.
