PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--University of Phoenix will hold the next installment of its monthly webinar series, “Leading Through Change: Transforming Uncertainty into Growth & Opportunity,” on March 20, 2025, at 11:00 am MST. The event is part of a series, Bridging Perspectives, intended for educators, higher education leaders, employers, nonprofit organizations, government affiliates, and University of Phoenix faculty, staff, students, and alumni.

"Learning how to lead through change is a skill that is crucial in the workplace," shares Tondra Richardson, MBA, director at University of Phoenix and co-host of the series. "This webinar aims to equip participants with the tools and insights needed to embrace change confidently and foster a resilient community."

The discussion, featuring Evelyn Burrell, Psy.D., will focus on effective strategies for navigating change. It will delve into the emotional, social, and professional challenges associated with leadership transitions, offering insights on embracing change with curiosity, confidence, and empathy.

Burrell is a licensed clinical psychologist in Arizona, specializing in training mental health professionals, students, and educators. She has led community events to bridge the gap between practitioners and the public, fostering discussions on mental health awareness and trauma. An innovative speaker and consultant, Burrell has developed numerous trainings, providing engaging education and continuing development for psychologists. Her contributions earned her recognition as one of Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2022.

The event will be hosted by Richardson and Saray Lopez, MBA, directors at University of Phoenix. The Bridging Perspectives Webinar Series aims to foster cultural awareness, thought leadership, and community alliances.
