Davidson Bogel Real Estate Represents City of Fort Worth in Sale of ± 24 Acres to R+L Carriers for Future Truck Terminal

HASLET, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Davidson Bogel Real Estate (“DB2RE”) is pleased to announce the successful representation of the City of Fort Worth in the sale of approximately 24 acres of industrial land located at the southeast corner of Westport Parkway and Harmon Road in Haslet, Texas. The buyer, R+L Carriers, a leading shipping and logistics company, plans to develop a state-of-the-art truck terminal on the site, capitalizing on the growing demand for industrial shipping and e-commerce distribution in the Alliance submarket.

The property, which is designated as noise mitigation land south of Alliance Airport, was strategically marketed and sold by DB2RE on behalf of the City of Fort Worth. “This transaction reflects the continued growth of industrial real estate in North Texas, driven by the region’s expanding logistics and transportation infrastructure,” said Collins Meier of DB2RE. “Our team will continue to market an additional 114 acres of land that is part of the City and Alliance Airport’s noise mitigation program." The property was part of Fort Worth Alliance Airport's Noise Mitigation Program, established to minimize the impact of aircraft operations on surrounding areas. As part of this program, the City sought a developer capable of working in alignment with noise mitigation efforts to ensure compatible land use and community well-being.

DB2RE’s team—Collins Meier, Edward Bogel, David Davidson, Jr., and Ryan Turner—represented the City of Fort Worth in the transaction. Jon Dandurand of Burr & Temkin Real Estate represented R+L Carriers.
