Bringing over a decade of expertise in cross-industry talent solutions and technology-driven workforce strategies, Scanlin will play a strategic role in guiding the company’s growth and shaping the EG Workforce Solutions brand.
In her new role, Scanlin will oversee EG Workforce Solutions’ strategic direction, leading efforts to help clients attract, retain and develop top talent. She will also guide the EG team in executing its vision for the future, ensuring the company remains committed to its purpose of helping people succeed. Prior to her appointment, Scanlin served as EG Workforce Solutions’ Chief Operating Officer for three years. Before joining the company, she spent twelve years at Accenture, most notably as a Talent & Organization Managing Director, where she helped brands like Salesforce, Apple and JP Morgan Chase drive business value realization. Now, she applies that Fortune 1000 expertise to mid-tier companies, providing high-level strategies for a competitive edge. With her extensive experience, Scanlin is poised to lead EG Workforce Solutions towards a new chapter of innovation and impact in the talent solutions space.
