Six Dean Omar Branham Shirley Attorneys Honored for Representation of Plaintiffs

Lawdragon names firm lawyers to 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers list

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leading plaintiff trial firm Dean Omar Branham Shirley, LLP is pleased to announce the selection of partners Jessica Dean, Amin Omar, Trey Branham, Lisa Shirley, Ben Braly and attorney Mark Linder to the list of Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers for 2025.

The annual listing describes this year’s honorees as “coast-to-coast champions who dedicate their lives to helping people going through the hardest moments of their lives.”

Ms. Dean celebrates her fifth year on the list. Last year she secured a $45 million mesothelioma verdict against Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) and its affiliate Kenvue Inc. She was recognized for personal injury, product liability and asbestos work.

Mr. Omar, who is honored for a fourth year, is known for holding large corporations accountable for lapses in safety and for completing successful negotiations. He was cited for excellence in personal injury, product liability and workplace safety.

Mr. Branham, who was recognized for product liability and personal injury work, has spent decades representing plaintiffs in cases against some of the largest corporations in the nation.

Ms. Shirley heads the firm’s motion and appellate practice, and her work has led to important legal precedents for mesothelioma victims. Ms. Shirley is honored for asbestos, appellate, product liability and personal injury expertise.

Mr. Braly, honored for his asbestos, mesothelioma and product liability practice, secured multiple high-dollar verdicts in 2024, including a $22.5 million win against R.T. Vanderbilt Holding Co. Inc. in an asbestos-related wrongful death suit.

Mr. Linder recently joined the firm. His practice involves toxic tort, product liability, personal injury litigation and appellate matters. He was recently involved in the first-ever verdict in a talc pleurodesis case in Massachusetts, amounting to $39 million.

In 2024, the firm secured at least a half-dozen multimillion-dollar judgments for plaintiffs.
