FloWorks Acquires CAC Industrial Equipment

ROSEMONT, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FloWorks International LLC (“FloWorks”), a leading specialty distributor of critical flow control products and a Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. (“Wynnchurch”) portfolio company, today announced the acquisition of CAC Industrial Equipment Ltd. (“CAC” or the “Company”).

Headquartered in Victoria, British Columbia, CAC is a distributor of pumps and parts with repair service capabilities. The Company will continue to serve a diverse customer base across mining, aggregate, water, and other industrial end markets.
