Brown Jordan, Inc. Announces David Ulmer as President and Chief Executive Officer

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brown Jordan, Inc. (“Brown Jordan” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer of outdoor and indoor furniture, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Ulmer as its new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Ulmer is replacing President and CEO Jerome Griffith, who is retiring from the Company and will continue to serve on its Board of Directors. Brown Jordan is a portfolio company of Greenwich, CT-based private equity firm Littlejohn & Co.

Mr. Ulmer has a strong track record of success having led a variety of manufacturing and distribution businesses. He most recently served as CEO of OX Engineered Products, an innovative provider of high-quality insulation solutions and weatherization systems for the nation’s largest homebuilders. Mr. Ulmer led OX from 2018 to 2025 before its recent sale to Holcim, a global leader in building solutions based in Switzerland. Before OX, Mr. Ulmer served as President and CEO of The Tapco Group, a global manufacturer of exterior building products specializing in siding, trim board, and other high-performance exterior components.
