The integration will enable real-time data exchange between eClinicalWorks and PointClickCare, streamlining care delivery in LTPAC facilities. Through the API-based integration between eClinicalWorks and PointClickCare, real-time information exchange capabilities have been developed, including instrumental features like linking PointClickCare organizations and enabling facilities after provider authentication from the new product activation module of eClinicalWorks; pulling demographics information from PointClickCare into the eClinicalWorks rounding list module and automated transfer of completed Progress Notes from eClinicalWorks to PointClickCare.
