Horace Mann increases quarterly shareholder dividend

SPRINGFIELD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Horace Mann Educators Corporation (NYSE:HMN) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 3.0% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.35 per share. This represents an indicated annual dividend of $1.40 per share. The quarterly dividend is payable on March 31, 2025, to shareholders of record as of March 17, 2025.

“This is the 17th consecutive year the Board has increased the annual shareholder cash dividend, reflecting Horace Mann’s commitment to long-term shareholder value creation,” said Horace Mann President & CEO Marita Zuraitis.

The company also noted that it continues to expect full-year 2025 earnings per share between $3.60-$3.90 with all business lines expected to achieve target profitability.
