The 2025 OneLegacy Donate Life Run/Walk and Family Festival Celebrates 23 Years of Inspiring Southern Californians to Donate Life

Special Fundraising Event to Take Place Saturday, April 26 at Azusa Pacific University

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OneLegacy, the local organ procurement organization serving seven counties in Southern California, announced today that they will be hosting their 23rd Annual OneLegacy Donate Life Run/Walk and Family Festival on Saturday, April 26th with the goal of inspiring local communities to say “yes” to organ, eye and tissue donation and raising funds for the OneLegacy Foundation Public Education initiatives. The run/walk will take place at Azusa Pacific University’s soccer fields and thousands of participants are expected to attend this special event.

“For the past 22 years we have created a communal space for our donor families, grateful recipients, living donors, hospital and community partners to join us at our Annual Run/Walk and Family Festival,” said E’Tiffany Jones, Director of Communications at OneLegacy. “The OneLegacy Donate Life Run/Walk is a special celebration of the gift of life and the power of organ, eye and tissue donation within our local communities, and we look forward to celebrating 23 years of this special event.”

The OneLegacy Donate Life Run/Walk is currently open for registration to all interested participants. By visiting OneLegacyRunWalk.org, participants can enter their information and register as individuals or as part of a team. Registration prices vary by the number of participants in a team and the team type.

  • Individuals and teams of 2 or 3 participants will pay $37 per person
  • Teams of 4 or more participants will pay $30 per person
  • Deceased donor family teams will pay $27 per person (including a personalized t-shirt with their loved one’s image on the back)
  • Children 12 and under will pay only $10.00 per child
  • Children under 12 can participate free of charge

The 2025 OneLegacy Donate Life Run/Walk will include an opening ceremony, a 1K and 5K Run/Walk, followed by a family festival that will offer health screenings, raffles, fun activities and carnival rides for children, food trucks and more.

The OneLegacy Donate Life Run/Walk is produced by OneLegacy, the largest organ procurement organization in the U.S., dedicated to saving lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation in seven Southern California counties.

All proceeds from the Donate Life Run/Walk will benefit the OneLegacy Foundation, with the goal to enhance OneLegacy’s public education efforts and inspire local communities to donate life.
