Sallie Mae Sets Date for Annual Meeting of Stockholders

NEWARK, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sallie Mae (Nasdaq: SLM), formally SLM Corporation, today announced its 2025 annual meeting of stockholders will take place on June 17, 2025, at 1 p.m. ET. The annual meeting will be held virtually and will be open to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 21, 2025.

Additional details will be included in the company’s proxy statement to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in late April.
