Atlanta Business Chronicle Presents Rick Jackson of Jackson Healthcare with 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award

Annual Corporate Citizenship Awards Recognize Leaders Who Have Achieved Corporate Success and Social Good

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jackson Healthcare®, one of the nation’s premier providers of healthcare workforce services, today announced that its founder and CEO, Rick Jackson, was awarded the 2025 Leaders in Corporate Citizenship “Ann Cramer Lifetime Achievement Award” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle during yesterday’s ceremony at The Dogwood at Westside Paper in Atlanta.

The annual Leaders in Corporate Citizenship Awards program recognizes individuals who seamlessly integrate societal concerns into their core business strategies, reinforcing how these efforts create value for businesses, employees, customers and communities. The Ann Cramer Lifetime Achievement Award, the program’s highest honor, celebrates outstanding corporate citizens who have achieved a lifetime of service to the community.

Jackson was selected for this honor based on the positive impact he has made on people and communities throughout his career. Through Jackson Healthcare, whose mission is to improve the delivery of patient care and the lives of everyone it touches, and its LoveLifts community impact platform, the organization serves more than 20 million people each year, both in the United States and around the world.

Outside of the business he started 25 years ago, Jackson is the founder of Fostering Success Act, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to providing vital resources for young people aging out of Georgia’s foster care system. In 2024, the organization delivered $4 million in financial support to former foster youth pursuing post-secondary education. He also serves as co-founder and chair of FaithBridge Foster Care, Georgia’s largest private child-placing agency. Since its inception in 2009, FaithBridge has positively impacted nearly 2,000 children and facilitated more than 1,000 family reunifications and over 350 adoptions.

“My life and career have been profoundly shaped by my upbringing in Georgia’s foster care system and my deeply held belief in the importance of caring for and serving others,” shared Jackson. “Foster care is something I know a lot about and feel a deep commitment to champion – helping with legislation and establishing nonprofits and programs that give young people in unstable environments a hand up and instill hope for the future.”

Additionally, Jackson is the founding chair of goBeyondProfit, a first-of-its-kind initiative that promotes the belief that giving back is good for business and good for Georgia. The organization supports thousands of companies across the state in leveraging their time, talents and resources to go beyond profit and improve lives.

“I’m deeply honored to receive the Leaders in Corporate Citizenship Ann Cramer Lifetime Achievement Award, which reflects the collective efforts of so many who share a commitment to making a positive difference,” said Jackson. “I have always believed that businesses should be a force for good in the world – serving clients with purpose, intention and excellence; strengthening the communities they operate in; enriching the lives of their employees; and uplifting all of those they touch along the way. This recognition reinforces that when businesses truly prioritize service to others, they can create positive, lasting change and help build a brighter future for everyone.”
