Ameriprise Financial Appoints Glynis A. Bryan to Board of Directors

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AMP) today announced that Ms. Glynis A. Bryan has been appointed to its board of directors, effective March 1, 2025.

Ms. Bryan served as the chief financial officer of Insight Enterprises Inc. (NASDAQ: NSIT), a global software and technology solutions integrator, from 2007 through 2024. Prior to joining Insight, she served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Swift Transportation, Co. and as chief financial officer of APL Logistics. Ms. Bryan also held senior finance roles at Ryder Systems, Inc.

Ms. Bryan serves as a director of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and Wesco International, Inc., and she is a former director of Pentair plc. Ms. Bryan earned an MBA from Florida International University and a BA from York University.
