KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to ALTDE 2025-1 Trust

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KBRA assigns preliminary ratings to the Class A Notes and Class B Notes issued by ALTDE 2025-1 Trust, an aviation ABS transaction (ALTDE 2025-1). ALTDE 2025-1 represents the inaugural issuance serviced by Altavair L.P. and Altavair Limited. Altavair was founded in 2003, and through a joint venture with KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC in 2018, has a managed portfolio of approximately $4.5 billion across more than 130 aircraft. KKR funds will retain the equity position in ALTDE 2025-1 at closing.

Proceeds from the Class A Notes and Class B Notes will be used to acquire a portfolio of 24 assets (the Portfolio); consisting of 21 narrowbody aircraft and three widebody aircraft on lease to 11 lessees located in 11 jurisdictions. As of November 30, 2024, the weighted average age of the Portfolio is approximately 7.9 years, and the weighted average remaining term of the initial lease contracts is approximately 7.6 years. The Portfolio has an initial value of approximately $787.7 million.
