E.J. Caffaro’s career spans over 15 years of leadership across the education and technology sectors. Most recently, as chief growth officer at Art of Education University, he led a team that achieved tenfold revenue growth, expanded partnerships and developed programs impacting K–12 schools across the nation. Notable collaborations include those with the U.S. Department of Defense, the Los Angeles Unified School District and Cobb County (Georgia) Schools.
Caffaro’s career began in the EdTech startup space, where he played a pivotal role in scaling sales and operations, as well as building partnerships with Fortune 500 companies such as Walmart and Target. His ability to lead transformative initiatives and connect strategic vision with execution has defined his professional journey.

Caffaro serves on the boards of the national Council for Art Education and The Research Center for the Advancement of Art Education. He is also involved with a school in Provo, Utah, that focuses on fostering entrepreneurship in students. E.J. holds a B.A. in Business from Brigham Young University and is continuing his studies through Cornell University online programs.
Residing in Silicon Slopes Valley with his wife and five children, E.J.’s personal and professional life reflects his dedication to empowering the next generation through education.
