Multifamily and Mixed-Use Developer and Manager Continues Growth Agenda in 2025

MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--With a new year in full swing, Jefferson Apartment Group (JAG) – a leading developer and investor specializing in luxury multifamily and mixed-use real estate in high-barrier-to-entry markets on the East Coast – reflects on 2024, the 15^th anniversary of the firm’s founding.

• Continued expansion of its property management arm, JAG Management Company, to include nine new third-party assignments.
