Hims & Hers Launches Health Collective and Community Member Council

Customer-led programs give customers a leading voice in their health and wellness journey

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (“Hims & Hers”, NYSE: HIMS), the leading health and wellness platform, today announced two new programs dedicated to serving its customers in even more personalized ways, encouraging customers to play an active role in the decisions and choices that shape their healthcare experience.

The two groups, the Hims & Hers Health Collective, and the Hims & Hers Community Member Council, are born from the company’s mission to help the world feel great through the power of better health and its commitment to building a long-term relationship with each individual customer that seeks care at Hims & Hers.

The Hims & Hers Health Collective is a community-driven ambassador program that allows Hims & Hers customers to connect with and support other members on their health and wellness journeys. By sharing their stories with Hims & Hers and their community, Health Collective members can celebrate their progress and achievements as well as help new customers understand the benefits of seeking healthcare on the platform. Members also have the opportunity to be the first to learn about new products.

The Health Collective is an application-based program available to any active customer across any category on the Hims & Hers platform.

The Hims & Hers Community Member Council is an exclusive group of 15 Hims & Hers members hand-selected to help shape and influence the future of the Hims & Hers platform. The Council’s feedback and insights will help inform the development of products, services, and experiences across the Hims & Hers platform. This select group will collaborate directly with Hims & Hers teams and serve as the trusted voice and representatives of Hims & Hers customers everywhere.
