NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Seward & Kissel LLP is pleased to announce that Robert Wood has been promoted to partner.

A member of the Corporate Group working from Seward & Kissel’s New York City office, Rob is a key member of the firm’s industry-leading finance practice. He advises clients on a broad range of financing transactions involving funds of funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, mutual funds and investment managers.

In addition to his other areas of work, Rob advises clients in connection with fund of fund facilities, subscription lines, NAV facilities, private equity acquisition financings, management company lines and margin loans.
