Veteran Marketer Brings Proven Track Record of Driving Growth for Enterprise SaaS Companies

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InvoiceCloud, a leading solution for digital bill payment services, today announced Alice Palmer as its new Chief Marketing Officer. In her role as part of the executive team, she will oversee InvoiceCloud’s marketing strategy and lead its marketing organization. Palmer joins InvoiceCloud at a pivotal time as the company accelerates its efforts to expand its leadership and maximize customer value in electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) across the utility, government, and insurance industries.

“Ensuring digital payments are easy-to-use and accessible for everyone is a priority for InvoiceCloud and our customers, who have been challenged to keep pace with the rapid evolution of digital technology and increasing consumer expectations,” said Kevin O’Brien, CEO of InvoiceCloud. “Alice’s proven ability to drive demand and delight customers across a range of B2B tech industries makes her the ideal leader to help us capitalize on our significant market opportunity.”

Palmer brings 25 years of experience delivering transformational data-driven, customer-centric marketing strategies for leading global brands in both the public and private sectors. Among her notable achievements, Palmer has successfully led business model shifts, rebrands, and market expansion initiatives at industry-leading companies such as Autodesk, Vercara, Avid, and Monotype. In her most recent role as CMO at Vercara, which was acquired by DigiCert in September 2024, Palmer helped secure the online presence of many of the world’s largest e-commerce, media, and financial services companies.

“I am excited to join InvoiceCloud at such a pivotal time in the company’s journey and build on the momentum of the brand's transformation as it continues to evolve and serve its customers,” said Palmer. “InvoiceCloud has a dynamic and talented team with best-in-class products, and I look forward to driving awareness and demand in key markets and accelerating the adoption of digital payments for all.”
