Alaska Communications Announces Leadership Transition

Paul Fenaroli Named Chief Executive Officer and Joins Board of Directors

ANCHORAGE, Alaska--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Alaska Communications board of directors today announced the appointment of Paul Fenaroli as chief executive officer and a member of the board, effective January 6, 2025.

Mr. Fenaroli has more than 30 years of experience leading diverse multinational organizations. Most recently, he was chairman and chief executive officer at Examinetics, Inc. Prior to that role, Fenaroli was managing director of Verus Strategic Advisors, LLC. Previously, he was a partner in the Boston Consulting Group, chief strategy officer at Collective Brands, Inc. and a CPA with Ernst & Young. Mr. Fenaroli received a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Wharton School.
