  • Provided 4,386 hours of professional development to employees.
  • Surpassed the tech industry average for female representation by achieving 35.7% women in Acumatica's workforce, compared to the industry average of 26.7%.
  • Provided financial support to various community organizations, including World Kitchen, Washington Trails Association, the Canadian Red Cross Society, Ukraine Relief Fund, International Rescue Committee, Humanitarian Support for Ukraine Fund and Childhood Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation.
  • Secured approval for Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) near-term emissions reduction goals, aligning with global climate science standards.
